Artist's Comments  It's been soooooo long since I did the last Balmung fanart.... I've been busy with class work, and kinda upset because of how some value fanart for the character and not the quality..... Still, during my summer vacation I sketched him again, and now I painted him. It's interesting to compare the old versions with this one XDD Anyways, when I finished the pic (even printed it), I noticed there were things I didn't liked and changed it... I hate that  (so much ink wasted T_T XD).
