At least, here's the first part of the tutorial I've been working on. This part explains about how to sketch and draw the concept pic, scan, and clean for CGing later.
Thanks to Nami, who tested the tutorial (I was a little worried since it's the first one I do )
I'm now finishing the 2nd part, wich is about the digital coloring. Well, hope it helps.
NOTE: If you don't want to sketch with colored pencils, you can as well do it with normal ones, then scan and turn the sketch lines into color in photoshop (image > adjust > channel mixer > constant to the max. Then you can further adjust colors with image > adjust > hue/saturation). Then print it, and continue the process.

OMG... I used this tutorial and things that would usually take me an hour to draw only took me like 15 minutes to do. This tutorial was a big help, thank you sooo much! I think you've just helped me make a huge step in my drawing talent.
